COOKS - Sci-Fi Drug Manufacturer

The grunts of a large scale illegal drug operation. Referred to as "COOKS" in the streets of the sci-fi, dystopian future. They occupy warehouses across the city with fear and numbers, cops know better than to get in a cook's way. They are forcing corporations to invest in private task forces like "JAWS" to clear the illegal drug factories from their place of business.
